Return & Refund Policy

At TorqueEdge, we strive to provide
high-quality vehicle spare parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same
condition as received. - You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to
initiate a return request. - Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical/electronic components once opened or installed.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance or discounted products marked “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
- Email support@torqueedge.store with your order number
and reason for return. - Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
- Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund or
exchange.
Customers are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10
business days after the returned item is inspected. - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- TorqueEdge reserves the right to reject refund requests that do
not meet policy conditions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or wrong
product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the
specified period:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your payment provider.

7. Policy Updates
TorqueEdge reserves the right to update or
modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an
updated effective date.
